Art of Organization
This course is for new and experienced Waldorf teachers. The course aims to introduce the skills needed for personal and classroom administrative organization, skills and strategies for improving executive functioning, and developing the art of lesson preparation. The course will provide strategies to improve parent interaction and communications and develop methods for effective student assessment, grading and report writing.

Practical Training in Thought
When we apply modest effort to shape and form our thinking, we can become more adept in life, more insightful and ultimately more free in our interactions and dealings with the other beings of our world. This course is meant as a study guide to Practical Training in Thought, a lecture by Rudolf Steiner, where he offers five separate mental exercises and outlines the results that can be obtained when an individual practices them with care and persistence.

Color Conversations
This Masterclass is designed to radically shift your approach and understanding of Color through hands-on painting experiences. Learn about Goethe’s Theory of Colors and explore some of his discoveries. Experience the qualities of different colors and identify the three most important color relationships. Gain insights on the power of color and its effects on mood and emotions. Become more confident when talking about color. In this course there will be many opportunities to learn and practice new wet-on-wet watercolor painting techniques.
